Payment and Shipping

Hey! Here are our terms for payment and shipping:

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT):

Germany:

・ Shipping is carried out by DHL, DPD, Hermes or UPS.
・ Bulky goods such as furniture will be shipped by freight forwarding or as bulky goods, depending on size and weight, starting from €39.90.
・ A surcharge of €16.00 applies for deliveries to German islands.
・ Bulky goods such as furniture are marked in the item description.

EU

up to 5 kg = €9.90
over 5 kg up to 10 kg = €14.90
over 10 kg up to 15 kg = €19.90
over 15 kg = €29.90

Switzerland

up to 5 kg = €18.90
over 5 kg up to 10 kg = €22.90

Delivery times:

If your item is not in stock or is produced to order, we generally deliver under the following conditions: 
・ Individually designed goods: Correction template within 10-14 working days after conclusion of contract. Execution and delivery within 10-30 working days after approval of the correction template.
・ Domestic (Germany): 3 - 60 working days after conclusion of contract.
・ International: 5 - 60 working days after conclusion of contract.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays. If you order items with different delivery times, we will ship everything together. The delivery time will then be based on the item with the longest delivery time.

・ Sofort / Sofortüberweisung (instant bank transfer)
・ PayPal
・ Stripe (Sofortüberweisung, SEPA direct debit via Klarna, credit card, giropay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amex, shop pay)
